FM&E Modules include the following:
SiteVUE is a centralized repository for site floor plan drawings and revisions. Each floor plan separates detailed drawings of the following, but is not limited to Floor Plan, Raised Floor Plan, Upper and Lower Cable Plan, Cable Plan, Fiber Plan, Fire and HVAC Plan, Lighting and AC Plan, and Grounding Plan.
The Front Equipment View Module is the pictorial representation of what each framework (e.g. cabinet) looks like as it appears on site. It captures properties such as part numbers, vendor, dimensions, weight, vertical mounting space availability and occupancy, and heat and drain of the framework and equipment panel. The FEVdesigner.NET module also shows how each equipment panel is laid out on the framework.
The Power and Critical Element Module is a comprehensive tool for managing, recording, updating and reporting power equipment records that encompass Main Electrical Board AC (Alternating Current) Distribution Panels, Inverter Equipment, DC (Direct Current) Power Systems, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), HVAC systems (Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), and Fire Systems.
ActiVue facilitates project management tasks by allowing users to store, view, upload, and download video, photos, audio, AutoCAD drawings, documents and other files of particular site activity into one central location.
This is a customizable add-on module used for managing, storing, and updating the equipment slot library. Its design capability includes, but is not limited to full equipment design, equipment module augmentation, power consumption records for loaded cards, visual representation of exact card amounts, and an asset-tag information repository. This module is linked to other modules.
The Architectural and Engineering module is an interactive project management tool that stores and utilizes architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression system and landscaping plan drawings and reviews for the construction development of a site. The A&E module includes “Greenfield” additions, expansions, renovations and modifications through to final installation and inspection details.
This is a customizable add-on module used for managing, storing, and updating switch site cable records. With the customer's predefined business rules set in place, AssignmentPro manages and verifies cable locations, cable types, categories, terminations and ports in a library, allowing engineers to add on and remove assignments from various power equipment.
The Preventive Maintenance Inspection module is a customizable add-on tool used in conjunction with the Power/ CE Module. It provides inventory records with historical data and present equipment conditions so engineers can proactively forecast with accuracy equipment requirements, identify equipment failures and put in place cost-effective measures through data trending and analysis.
The Project Management Program Module is a customizable add-on work flow and work order management tool that serves as a project link to interface with different modules within FM&E. Utilizing online collaborating and scheduling tools, managers can monitor project development from start to finish. In addition, there is a B2B portal shared with a third-party management team that can also be incorporated within this module.
